poem

All around is a luscious green.
You gaze upon a brick walkway,
lined with cherry blossom trees.
You look out and see the weeping willow,
blissfully blowing in the wind.

A little one story house,
made of beautiful pine,
surrounded by a variety of horses.
Your Clydesdale, the gentle giant,
the hard worker, God's wonder.

Your American Quarter Horse;
May be a bit smaller,
but hes slow to anger,
and I love him so much.
God's tool of peace in hard times.

Your gorgeous Hanoverian Horse.
Hes our entertainer,
playful as can be.
He runs and leaps for freedom,
and we round him up again.

You watch the sun set,
as they all stand tall.
You gaze upon your Fathers masterpiece,
this, this is a wonderful dream.
What an awesome opportunity.

Notes:

I would love to live on a little ranch house. Horses are definitely one of Gods many many wonders. They have a way of bringing peace and joy as you soar on their back. I haven't been able to in a long while. But I still remember my horse Mexico! When I ended it with such opportunity, I'm talking about the amazing ministry that this setting could have. Maybe some day this can be my way of life. Maybe not, either way God is good!

Tonight was definitely rough, but it was rough in a good way. We had a good dinner, with good friends, and good fellowship, with good praise, it was all amazing! My Pastor got up to speak and introduce Gary Vosberg who had just gone to China on a missions trip. Pastor spoke about how our country is in a bad spot, and the economy is hurting, and there is a lot of scared people. He talked about how we need to be the light. And he said, we need not worry though, cause we are founded on the solid rock! It was awesome, but than I imagined what it would be like, to be founded in the sand, on the oceans shore, where the waves can so easily rough up your world. And your left with no defenses, no ground to stand on, life threatened, and with no hope. I started to tear up. Than he introduced Gary, who got up to speak. And he was awesome, funny, and encouraging! But one thing that he talked about that hit me really hard, was through all the trials that he went through, he kept pushing through. And he got to the hotel, and he said to God, tired and warn out. "Lord, Im doing my best." he said God replied "I know you!"

Afterwards we had the Lords supper, and I had to leave. It was the first time that I had to leave. That hurt, and still does. I had to leave because I knew I wasnt right with God. I could not look God in the eyes, and say "Lord, Im doing my best." Ive definitely been so selfish with my time, doing my own thing, not being a light to the world! Please pray for me, that I would take a major stand, that I would stop my nonsense, and get in the fight. Next time, I want to be able to take a seat, and partake of the Lord's supper. I dont ever want to have to walk out again!

the first thing I wanna do is praise God, Hes awesome. I just finished up a three day job with a construction company. I believe that it was God providing my needs, cause it came at just the perfect time. Secondly I just had a sweet interview with Trustco bank. I was actually forced to use my brain, and I loved it! :-P. And finally, I have a job oppurtunity that could start instantly. I'm not sure what Id be doing, but I do know its another type of construction job. So thats cool.
Now I have a prayer request. It may sound stupid, but its actually for my friends ipod. Im glad that God cares even for the small things as this. I just borrowed it to see if I could get it working. She was having trouble because it wont register that its in the computer. So I wanted to mess around on my computer, so I could fix it, find out whats wrong, and than fix her computer at home to be able to recognize the problem............now the ipods messed up!!! If by any chance someone reads this, lol, dont ever let me borrow your ipod, should you have one :-P. I do feel kinda bad, I dont even think I did anything, but it happened in my possesion. Sigh. Prayer for the ipods health would be apreciated :-P.

Well, this is my first post, what in the world do I post about? Well, I had gone to a play last night, and got lost on the way home. My phil phil has failed me!!!! I guess you get what you pay for :-P, LOL, just kidding, he knows I love him. OH yeah, the play, ok *smacks myself in the forehead* focus focus focus! Sorry in advance, Im tired, lol. It was a play on pirates, it was definitely funny, I think they did a really good job. It was worth the money, and the 44 minute drive, no doubto! I got to see old friends again, two of which were in the play. Listened to sweet music, and sang a long with Phil, and my sweet bro-ha joe man. OH YEAH!!!!! On the way home I seen two deer and got to watch them run off into the woods, it was AWESOME!!! I LOVE seeing wild animals, they are amazing! Sweet country roads. Than I got home and talked until 2 in the morning about random crap. Yep, exciting for me, maybe not so much for you. But I hope that somehow there was some kind of amusement found :-P. I hope whoever reads this has a good one, and enjoys a sweet weekend!
